  • Enjoying the new camera (bought the longer lens as well) - still learning how it works. I do miss some features that an older Canon point & shoot had - see below - I might have considered a different, more expensive camera if I realized the impact...Viewfinder: you can use the screen easily, but I wear glasses that turn dark in the sun - then I can barely see the screen. So I have to remove the glasses to take a picture. Inconvenient. Update April 2019: also, the screen is HIGHLY reflective, so sun on my face, reflected on the screen as I aim, hides the image. I put a matte screen protector (made for phones, cut to fit) on the screen which helps a lot for this problem.GPS: my old point and shoot had a built in gps - I liked being able to identify the location of a photo from, for example, a long trip with many locations. You can do this with the M100 using the Canon app and Bluetooth - I think / still learning - but there are warnings about heavy battery usage on the phone. And I have to admit I did not even consider the camera might not have this built-in...I think there was something else but cannot remember right now. Just be aware of features you are NOT getting.
  • The Canon EOS M100 is a great all-around camera for everyday use. It\'s very light and very versatile. I bought the 2 lens kit 15-55mm and 55-200mm which works out well. I mostly use the smaller lens. I stop using my other 3 cameras. My only complain about this camera is battery life can be shorten if use for shooting video. The camera ergonomically lacks the grip on the right hand side which makes holding it awkward at times. It\'s also so small that my thumb often ends up on the screen and since it is touch screen, it thinks that I just input something. Other than that, it is light, fast, and so affordable.
  • This camera works great for outside, camping, beach and vacations. Great video, pictures look beautiful and clear. The video look amazing
  • I have owned Canon cameras since high school decades ago, I own 6 presently, I purchased this camera for the intent of having compact camera I could easily carry while traveling yet with good quality photos, functional lenses and view-able screen. This is a high pixel count so under the right circumstances the quality would be good, however the screen in daylight washed out for me and since there is no other way to see what is being photographed is a non starter. The mirror-less took some getting used to and still not sure I like it, hard to track action, washed out in sun. Frankly I was very disappointed.
  • There’s no dislikes about this camera packs a nice punch for a small size camera Wi-Fi Bluetooth five stars in my book
  • Very good, worth of money
  • Very easy and simple to use and high quality
