the EOS-1N is a great camera to get started in film such that it is not complicated to use and I can use my lens from my digital camera with it.
Just got mine today. Love the handling, and the controls are easy enough to use. Loaded some Kodak TriX 400 B/W film, and snapped off a roll. Looking forward to seeing how they turn out.Unfortunately, the rear dial, which controls the aperture in M mode, worked for a short time (a few minutes), then became unresponsive. I don\'t want to return / exchange it, because so far the other operations have been good. No sign of the dreaded \'bc\' error in this model, so I was feeling pretty lucky. Fortunately, I can set the aperture with the top dial plus the exposure button.Pros:-built like a tank-simple enough to useCons:-heavy, but I expected that
