- Took a chance and bought this renewed. Big mistake.The camera and lens itself was fine. In perfect condition. However, the battery this came with was a some generic no name. It failed within an hour of using it. I had charged it overnight the night before. Failed while recording a video this morning. I tried to recharge it again. It worked for another 23 minutes. Then Failed completely! Won\'t charge and is slightly bloated. Definitely scared to try charging it again.Definitely a one star. Doesn\'t matter what condition the camera came in if I can\'t use it due to crap battery. Why not include a renewed real Canon battery.Why this didn\'t come with a proper Canon battery I don\'t know. I bought a real Canon battery and it worked perfectly. Thank god this was a test run. Would have really sucked if this was during travel it critical shoot.
