- First I have to say I used a AE1 30 years ago and this is what the 2000d or T7 is being compared to. I was very disappointed with the fact it has to be used in auto focus with included lense when the auto focus is turned off the focus ring is not practical to use. The auto focus works good but sometimes just don’t know what you want to take a picture of. The electronics and function of the camera are great and somewhat intuitive if you have ever taken pictures with a 35mm camera. Battery life is good I swapped out after a couple hundred pictures not because it was dead but because I could. It would be nice to have Bluetooth to eliminate the WiFi connection but that is more money. I have been point and shoot then cell phone picture taker for a few years now and knew the sunsets are just better with a good camera. It took a few years for me to spend the money but happy to have a good camera at my disposal again. I would buy again but would be more likely to buy a higher end model in the used market. It is a entry level camera and it’s hard for a amateur guy like me to spend crazy amounts of money on a hobby.
- I am very pleased with this product. I have taken several photography classes and figured it was the right time to get my own camera. The product comes with all the bells and whistles. Camera, case, tripod, SD card, wide angle attachment, cleaning kit, filters,carry strap. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this to any first time new photographer.
- I really like this cam, is my first time using DSRL and is very easy to use and I can connect with my iPhone trough Canon camera connect, since the app I can use like a remote to configured because I don’t have good sight.100% recommended
- Great product, however the image is misleading as it does not come with a bag or 16gb SD card. Other then that great product.
- I’ve been really satisfied with this camera. Easy to use and love that I can transfer pictures from the camera to my phone with an app. It’s a great starter camera!
