- My cousin picked this out and I sent it to her as a kid she sent it back twice I don’t know if she really did something else, I don’t know if she was satisfied with the camera she said she couldn’t figure out how to use it and she could get no instruction online. I’m always very happy with Amazon but I guess my gift to her didn’t please her
- This product isn\'t just \"not great\" it\'s a complete and total scam based on their own advertised specs.Before we get into the numbers, let me just say the quality (image clarity, color, framerate etc...) is the lowest you\'ve seen since 2006. A $25 tracfone from the dollar store WILL have a much better camera. This camera is so bad, it doesn\'t even have a place in the market without blatantly lying about the specs.I honestly wouldn\'t even recommend this for a young kid looking to snap some pictures, because you\'re still paying around $100 for something worth $20 tops.I got the camera, thought the images/video looked pretty bad (I wasn\'t expecting much, I was just looking to upgrade a 5 year old $30 amazon webcam). So I carefully went through tweaking all the settings for my environment, adjusting lighting etc... it never looked decent, it looked BAD. When I say BAD I don\'t mean it wasn\'t SUPER clear, I mean a version 1 Motorola Razor from the early 2000s had better quality.After giving u on just playing with the camera, I went ahead and lugged it into my computer. I went to a opensource camera testing website to make sure it would work, and it did (kinda). The camera did in fact start streaming video to my PC but the specs were shocking.What you\'re supposed to be paying for:4K video @30FPS (highest video setting)56MP camera (Highest resolution images)What you\'re getting:1920x1080 @16fps (It looks below 720p, may be stretching to output 1080p)2MP Camera (Literally worse than a 15 year old flip phone, this isn\'t just my opinion, this is a fact and it\'s ridiculous)I want to be clear that I didn\'t give it 1 star in multiple areas just because I dislike the product as a whole, the zoom is trash(zoom 1 star), the camera lense looks like it must be made out of jelly (image stabilization 1 star) and the picture quality is so bad, I honestly didn\'t think we were still capable of producing such an awful product in 2022. (picture quality 1 star).I will say, the batteries worked fine, and the SD card was included. For all I know the SD card isn\'t actually the advertised size or speed, but I\'m not going to check because this this is SO bad it\'s entirely useless for anything.Even for kids, I don\'t recommend this product. It\'s a waste of your money.Here\'s a list of things I\'m confident would produce better images and videos-Any iphone ever madeany Android smartphone ever madeMost flip phones/Stick/Slider phonesRing cameras<$20 webcamsDisposable camerasSmart watchesAlexa/google homeXbox KinectVR passthroughSamsung smart fridgesHonestly the list goes on, but if you can think of anything made in the last 20 years with a camera, it\'s a safe bet that it\'ll have better image quality than this \"56MP 4k Digital camera\" that costs $100. This camera would be a fair deal in a family dollar or dollar general for $25. It wouldn\'t be a \"good\" deal unless it was less than $10. Extra battery or not, this thing is a joke, and they\'re lying to you with the product description.
- The media could not be loaded. this has been charging since 6pm last night and all night last night. It’s not 12:45pm and this is still flashing as it’s dead. Am I doing something wrong? Using the wrong charger? Not plugged in right? Honestly just very confused, and was hoping to use this tonight but unfortunately probably cannot. Please help me with this and tell me how to charge it. I am using the black cord that came with the camera.

- I received the camera with batteries and I saw in the attached brochure that there is a special device that allows you to charge the 2 batteries together, do you have one
- I bought this camera for an upcoming trip down to LA to see family. I have been trying it out and I like it.
