- This camera is really small. It hides easily in your palm. You can take pictures without attracting attention.I would not recommend using the video mode because it is hard to offload onto a PC. (You cannot view them-or the still photos-on the camera itself.) The camera produces decent still photos.The manual is almost indecipherable; here is some help:1. Press on/off button to turn on. (This is the raised button.) Camera is in video mode. LED is red. Start/stop recording by pressing the raised on/off button.2. Press the mode button for photo mode, LED turns blue. Press raised on/off button to take picture.3. Press the mode button again, camera enters voice recording mode. LED flashes red and blue. Start/stop recording by pressing the raised on/off button.The camera is also supposed to support a video motion-detection mode by pressing the mode button for 3-5 seconds. I have not worked with this mode. I would have concern that the SD card would fill rapidly if the camera is unattended for some period of time.Note: There is no viewer so you just have to point the camera in the direction of your subject and hope for the best.I am having a lot of fun with this little toy.
