• I purchased a used version of the Casio EX-FH20. It arrived in good condition. The product description indicated the camera cables would be included but they were not. It is important to note that the camera uses the SDHC format and that SDXC cards will not work with the camera and that no memory card is included with the product. Overall the value is good for a used camera. I wanted to do some hobby work with the high-speed function and it works very well. One should also note that the image resolution decreases at the higher frame rates. If you want to capture high-resolution, high-speed images this is probably not the camera for you. If you want to capture nature shots or sports action at high-speed the camera works great. After finding the manual online and working through the camera operation modes I am really pleased with the camera and its performance. This is a good value for what I intend to use it for.
• This camera is exactly what I hoped it would be. It\'s not a great still camera, 9mp is not much these days. I bought it for its slow motion video capability. Works great for diagnosing my golf swing. I looked around and could not find anything that shot this video frame rate for even three times the price. This product is shipped from Japan so be prepared to wait. The good news on there is it did arrive just a couple of days earlier than the earliest estimated date. The bad news is , I was lucky the camera did not arrive damaged. The worst packing job I have ever seen. A paper bag with some bubble wrap around the camera (see photo) to be shipped half way around the world. It was not damaged but I think that was just luck.

• These other reviews seem to be missing the point. This is the only dsl on the market (that I can find) that will shoot video in 1000 fps mode. This is not a super-high resolution camera, although it takes fine pictures, but it\'s high-speed capture mode works like a charm. The need for higher levels of light is inherent to hi-speed filming so even videographers working with the most state of the art models will necessarily experience this drawback. If you are looking for an affordable alternative to the multi-thousand dollar hi-speed cameras this is a great choice. If you want a super-high resolution camera, obviously this product isn\'t what you\'re looking for.
• This may be one of the most disappointing products I have ever purchased. Yes it will take forty frames a second but the picture quality is very low, very grainy-- likewise, the video requires so much light that only daytime, outside or highly artificial lighting is workable.The ability to switch between 30fps and 210fps is a lot of fun and a very nice feature. However, alongside all the weaknesses of the camera I was very upset that I spent the money. Camera may be worth about $200 but certainly not a $500-$600 price point camera.PEACERev. Michael R. • great pics. even at 1000 fps good res. Didn\'t experience the batt problems that were mentioned. Maybe the rechargeable/standard switch was in the wrong position.
• This does what its supposed to do and makes slow motion (210 fps to 30fps) a lot of fun and useful. Higher Resolution slo-mo will cost you a bundle only justifiable if you are a pro.
• The menus were all in Kanji. There was nothing I could read that even suggested an option to change to English. The website does not indicate that this camera is not usable in English.
